THE “SRCU 100” SERIES COMPUTERISED
SMART BATCH WEIGHER” SYSTEM IS SPECIALLY
DESIGNED FOR THE TEA INDUSTRIES TO LOOK AFTER
THE TOTAL PRODUCTION AND GENERATE REPORT.
THE SYSTEM IS TO BE INSTALLED AFTER THE DRIER
AND BEFORE GOING TO THE SORTING SECTION .THE
SYSTEMS DISCHARGE RATE IS 800 KG MADE TEA PER
HOUR AND CAN INCREASE UP TO 1800 Kg /HOUR.
This system is fully automatic and computerized.
IT IS SO USERS FRIENDLY THAT THE CUSTOMER HAVE
TO SWITCH ON THE SYSTEM AT THE BEGINNING OF
THE PROCESS AND IT WILL STORE ALL DATAS TO PRODUCE
THE ULTIMATE REPORT AT THE END OF THE PROCESS.THE
CONTROL UNIT (SRCU 100) CAN BE PLACED AT A DISTANCE
OF 90 / 100 METRES FROM THE WEIGH HOPPERS (IN
THE OFFICE ROOM).

In comparison to our SRCU 100 the conventional
systems which are either Mechanical or Electro-mechanical
has certain disadvantages

3.Frequent breakdown.
4.The Mechanical counter at times may miss a count,
which is not possible to
detect, resulting wrong computation.
5.Tea In Flight between upper & lower hopper
goes unaccounted, resulting
further inaccuracy and wrong computation of made
Tea.
The “SRCU 100”system eliminates all
these above-mentioned disadvantages using digital
technology and software driven control technology.
Note: An existing Mechanical
or Electromechanical Batch weighing system in
the factory can be converted with our Conversion
Kit and same results derived but at a very low
cost.
